  If your application is successful we will email you and let you know that we intend to nominate you for exchange studies. If you accept, we will then send a formal nomination to our partner university with your contact information. They will contact you with further information regarding how to complete an application to the university. The number of study places is limited, so please let us know if you want to withdraw your application. If there is competition for the places, a selection will be made based on your grades and your short reasoning for why you would like to study abroad.

  Note: You are required to have passed at least 60 hp before the exchange.

  The deadline for submitting this application is:
  

  - April 1st for the exchange of subsequent academic year / autumn term,

  - September 10th for exchange the following spring term.
